By accessing or using GoogleSiteScore (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

GoogleSiteScore provides free website audit tools, SEO checklists, generators, and educational content for small business owners. We also offer paid "Website Rescue" services on request. All free tools are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the audit tool
• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to test
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users
• Misrepresent the audit scores as official Google certifications

Our Google Readiness Score is a heuristic estimate based on publicly visible signals. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or guaranteed by Google. Following our recommendations may improve your search visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business results.

Our Website Rescue service is provided under a separate written agreement that includes scope, timeline, and pricing. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Refund policies for paid work are set out in each individual agreement.

All content, code, branding, and design on the Service is the property of GoogleSiteScore unless otherwise indicated. You may share links to our content freely. You may not republish full articles without written permission.

The Service may link to third-party websites (Google, PageSpeed Insights, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoogleSiteScore and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost rankings, lost traffic, or lost revenue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
