This Privacy Policy explains how GoogleSiteScore ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit https://googlesitescore.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide: name, email, business name, and website URL when you fill out our contact form, request a Website Rescue, or run an audit.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps via standard web logs and analytics cookies.

URLs you submit: when you run the free Google Readiness audit, we fetch the public URL you provide to analyze it. We do not store private credentials or scrape non-public pages.

To operate and improve the Service, respond to inquiries, send requested quotes, secure the platform against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent where required) send occasional product updates.

We use first-party cookies for essential site functionality (session, preferences) and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Service. Third-party advertising partners — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the Internet. We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Contact form messages are typically retained for 24 months; audit results are not stored long-term unless you request a saved report.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact jeaniine.harmon@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you in the event of a material breach as required by law.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT, so we currently do not respond to DNT signals. You can still control advertising cookies via the links in Section 5.

The Service contains links to third-party websites (Google, PageSpeed Insights, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Service.
